Anti-Trump protesters gathered at Portland Place in central London, near the BBC's headquarters on Wednesday (September 17) to protest against Donald Trump's second state visit to the UK.

The demonstration was organised by the Stop Trump Coalition, and has been supported by dozens of organisations including Greenpeace, Amnesty International and Friends of the Earth.

A group of protesters in grotesque masks depicted the US President alongside controversial figures including Benjamin Netanyahu, Vladimir Putin and Elon Musk.

Placards spotted at the protest included, "make impeachment great again", "orange lies matter" and "Brits against Trump".

Donald Trump is currently in Windsor and departs the UK on Thursday.
