Civilians continue to flee along the Rashid Coastal Road, causing severe traffic congestion. Drivers are demanding exorbitant amounts of transportation due to the lack of fuel and the use of alternative fuels. The health situation has completely collapsed, with hospital occupancy rates reaching 300%. Residents are suffering from a lack of all means of survival, desperately seeking survival during their displacement. They are forced to sleep in the streets and roads without shelter, tents, or any other basic necessities of life.
