The meeting, held at the Presidential Palace, was attended by Kyrgyzstan's Prime Minister Adilbek Kasymaliyev, Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, Kazakh Prime Minister Olcas Bektenov, Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov, Uzbek Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov, and OIC Secretary General Kubanichbek Omuraliev. In his speech during the reception, Japarov emphasized that the first meeting of the Heads of Government and Vice Presidents of the Member States in Bishkek was a historic event representing an important step in developing cooperation within the Turkic States Organization. Stressing that the Turkic States Organization has come a long way since its establishment and continues to develop successfully today, Japarov said, “If we want to continue the development of our organization, we must take concrete steps that will bring real results.” Japarov emphasized that commercial and economic relations are actively developing, particularly among Turkic states. Highlighting the importance of the Turkic Investment Fund, Japarov stated that he believes it is necessary to intensify the fund's activities at the level of heads of government.
