US, Bakersfield: East Kern County Heavy Rain Washes Out Roads
Bakersfield, United States - September 19, 2025 09/18/2025 08:00 pm GMT-0700 EAST KERN COUNTY, Calif. – Highway 14 is closed in both directions near Redrock Randsburg Road due to severe flooding. Water is rushing onto the roadway in waves, causing significant debris accumulation. Redrock Randsburg Road is also impacted, with several sections washed out between Highway 14 and Highway 395. In multiple locations, water was flowing across the road, leaving debris scattered throughout the area. At least one section of Redrock Randsburg Road is completely washed out.
