Israel - September 21, 2025 IDF Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi, visited today at Sheba Medical Center in Tel HaShomer, meeting with soldiers wounded in fighting across various fronts. He toured different departments, spoke with the wounded and their families, and expressed deep appreciation for the medical teams, RAM 2 personnel, and the casualty support system for their vital work. In his words, Lt. Gen. Halevi said he ended the visit filled with hope, inspired by the inner strength, willpower, and determination to recover that he witnessed. He emphasized, “We will fight alongside you in the next battle—the battle for recovery. You are the living spirit of IDF service members. Tomorrow, when the people of Israel gather around the holiday table, it will be thanks to you. I salute you.”
