This is the dramatic moment a family was soaked when a tank ruptured and the water surged onto their patio while they were having lunch.

CCTV footage shows the mother, daughter and her two children sitting in the living area, chatting, in Wonosobo Regency, Indonesia.

Moments later, the glass panel of the tank embedded in the wall collapsed, sending water rushing into the house on September 17.

Meanwhile, a relative who was busy browsing his phone remained safe, perched atop a barricade and avoiding being swept among the furniture.

Water can be seen flooding the entire room, scattering tables and chairs in its path.

Family member Eko Rahayu said: 'We have Koi fish in the tank, and it was puzzling what caused the incident. Thankfully, everyone is safe and unharmed.'
