The forum brought together a number of high-level international participants, including President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Acting President of Myanmar Myint Swe, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed, and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi.
Delegations from Iran, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Niger, and several specialized international organizations are also taking part in the event.
Following the conclusion of the forum, President Putin is scheduled to hold a series of bilateral meetings with the heads of the foreign delegations, the Kremlin announced.
