Massive sinkhole swallows road and vehicles in Bangkok, Thailand
On September 24, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand, @IsmeeIs shared a video of a massive sinkhole that opened on Samsen Road near Vajira Hospital and a police station. In the video, vehicles and utility poles are seen falling into the hole as traffic comes to a halt. The collapse was caused by a water pipe leak from an adjacent underground MRT construction project, which eroded the soil and caused the road to give way.
