A ‘Perpetual Motion’ Cat: Spinning for Tail Paper
The lady sticks a piece of paper to her cat’s tail, setting off a hilarious “perpetual motion” scene. The cat first notices the paper swaying behind it and flicks its tail, only to see the paper move as well—sparking its curiosity. It turns its head to stare at the paper, then starts spinning in a slow circle, trying to get closer to the strange object on its tail.
