The Trabzon Governor’s Office said the object, believed to be of foreign origin, was brought to port and secured by coast guard units in Carsibasi district. As a precaution, the port was closed to all entry and exit. The governor’s office said naval SAS units and other security teams were notified, and necessary security measures were taken. The vehicle was taken under protection for examination by expert teams, and a detailed technical investigation is ongoing.
