Los Angeles, United States - September 29, 2025 09/28/2025 07:48 pm GMT-0700 EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif. – On Sunday evening, at approximately 7:48 p.m., deputies from the East Los Angeles Sheriff's Station and firefighters from the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a report of a shooting on the 3900 block of East Olympic Boulevard. Upon arrival, they found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. Firefighters transported the victim to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The shooting reportedly took place in the parking lot of a 76 gas station, where a shell casing was found in the middle of the street. Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department will be handling the investigation. Deputies provided no further details.
