Lucy Connolly, jailed for a social media post in the wake of the Southport riots showed her support for the 'pink protest' in London's Whitehall against illegal migration to the UK (October 1).

Lucy was released after serving 40% of her 31-month prison sentence for stirring racial hatred, with critics labelling the sentencing excessive and an example of two-tier policing.

She addressed the crowd saying, that it is 'easier to stay quiet' but will not benefit children in the long term.
