Phoenix, United States - October 02, 2025 10/02/2025 04:00 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – PHOENIX FIRE DEPARTMENT MEDIA ADVISORY: Crews were dispatched around 4:00 am for reports of an apartment fire near 29th Ave and Buckeye Rd. On arrival firefighters found smoke coming from a single apartment and quickly secured a water supply and pulled hand lines inside to put out the flames. Fire crews were able to contain the fire quickly before it spread to any other apartment. All occupants were able to make it out of the apartment before the fire departments arrival. There will be a total of four people displaced at this time and the Community Assistance Program personnel are on scene to assist with their needs. There are no reported injuries at this time.
