US, Los Angeles: Baldwin Park Homeless Women Steals Caltrans Vehicle From Caltrans Yard

Los Angeles, United States - October 02, 2025 10/02/2025 04:20 am GMT-0700 BALDWIN PARK, Calif. – California Highway Patrol officers from the Baldwin Park Station responded to a 911 call from a Caltrans employee regarding a homeless woman on their property in the 1200 block of Baldwin Park Boulevard. As units were en route, the Caltrans employee contacted CHP dispatch again to report that the woman had taken off in a Caltrans vehicle. The vehicle, identified as a white Nissan Frontier bearing the Caltrans logo, was last spotted in the city of El Monte. It remains unclear how the woman obtained the vehicle's keys. The suspect and the Caltrans vehicle were still outstanding at the time of this report.
