Truck Spills Corn Load on Road In Brazil
An incident drew attention on the morning of Tuesday (2) along the BR-135 highway, which connects the municipalities of Dom Pedro and Presidente Dutra, in Maranhão (Brazil). A truck lost part of its corn load, scattering the grains along the roadside.
Despite the scare, no one was injured, and the scene quickly drew onlookers. Part of the load was collected with the help of locals, who assisted in an improvised cleanup of the area. The episode, which could have ended in a more serious accident, ended up becoming a snapshot of everyday life on Brazilian highways.
