Poland - October 02, 2025 Night-time air-to-air refuelling took place on October 2, 2025, as the Royal Air Force supported NATO’s Eastern Sentry operation along the alliance’s eastern flank. RAF Voyager ZZ343 from RAF Brize Norton refuelled two Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4 jets, Chaos 1 and Chaos 2, from 3 Squadron at RAF Coningsby. Eastern Sentry is a NATO mission to protect territory along the eastern border following a Russian drone incursion into Poland.
