US, Bakersfield: Bakersfield Shooting Leaves 1 Dead Suspects Flee Scene
Bakersfield, United States - October 05, 2025 10/05/2025 12:56 am GMT-0700 BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – One person was killed in a shooting early Sunday morning in the 3400 block of Meadow Vista Court. The call came in around 12:56 a.m. for reports of a shooting at a possible house party. According to initial information, two suspect vehicles fled the area following the gunfire. Fire and medical personnel arrived at the scene and began CPR on the victim, but the injuries were fatal. The Bakersfield Police Department, Bakersfield Fire Department, and Hall Ambulance responded to the scene.
