Footage shows visitors gliding up the towering escalator inside Bangkok's Terminal 21 Mall, pausing to take in the dizzying view as they ascend.
The escalator is a centrepiece of Terminal 21's immersive travel-inspired design, which transports shoppers through replicas of famous cities including London, Paris, Tokyo, Istanbul, San Francisco and Rome.
Blending retail with spectacle, the mall has become as much a sightseeing stop as a shopping destination.
