This hilarious clip shows a greedy pigeon staring at a woman's seed box through her window.

The video, that has racked up almost 2 million views on TikTok, shows the bird staring down the food before peering at the filmer.

Holly, @lady_holly, told Newsflare: "I have been feeding the birds from the bedroom window of my flat for about a year as I don't have a garden. I store the bird food in a large Tupperware container on my windowsill so I can top up the feeders regularly.

"On this particular day my wood pigeon visitor spotted the Tupperware tub through the crack in the open window. It was just staring at it and then giving me 'looks' as though they'd spotted the absolute motherlode of food that I'd been holding back from them! They'd seen the precious bounty!"
