Rotor malfunction leads to helicopter crash in Huntington Beach, California, USA
On October 11, 2025, in Huntington Beach, California, USA, @sicshortie shared a video capturing the moment a helicopter crashed during the Cars and Copters event. In the video, the helicopter can be seen slowly descending while attempting to land, when a sudden rotor malfunction caused it to circle several times before losing control and crashing. Five people were injured in the incident — the pilot, a passenger, and three individuals on the ground. Emergency responders arrived quickly at the scene as onlookers watched in shock.
