CCTV footage shared by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality’s transportation company on Tuesday, Oct. 14, showed a woman wearing earphones stepping towards the railway at Cumhuriyet Square Station as a tram was approaching fast. The officer, who was monitoring the yellow safety line, noticed the woman and quickly pulled her back, preventing the tram from hitting her. The moment of rescue was captured by security cameras, which also showed the woman shaking hands and thanking the officer after the incident.
