US, Los Angeles: Van Nuys Freeway Crash Leads To Patient Extrication
Los Angeles, United States - October 16, 2025 10/15/2025 10:41 pm GMT-0700 VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Firefighters responded to a crash on the northbound 405 Freeway near Victory Boulevard. The incident involved two patients, one of whom required extrication. First responders prioritized extricating the critically injured patient, while the second victim was reported to be in stable condition. The California Highway Patrol had one lane open in the area, resulting in major traffic delays. The collision happened shortly after a rainfall, causing slick road conditions.
