A disturbing incident unfolded outside a Subway restaurant on 9 October 2025, when a pregnant woman was verbally and physically threatened by a driver behaving erratically in the parking lot. Kimmi, who was five months pregnant at the time, had arrived with her family to visit a relative working at the fast-food facility when their path was blocked by a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway.

The driver, reportedly filming storefronts and dancing in the street, responded to a polite honk by briefly recording the family before re-entering her Jeep and driving in circles. Concerned for public safety, Kimmi began filming the behaviour.

Moments later, the driver exited her vehicle and approached Kimmi aggressively, shouting “swing” and pushing her. Kimmi’s partner intervened to prevent further harm. Witnesses, including the Subway manager and Kimmi’s mother, reported additional threats—most notably, the suspect allegedly said: “Do you want to keep your baby?” and “I’ll kick you in your stomach.”

Kimmi believes the woman was under the influence of illegal substances, citing erratic behaviour and verbal admissions.

On October 9, 2025, at approximately 3:47 p.m., my family and I attempted to enter the Subway fast‑food facility (where a family member works). Our route was blocked by a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway, obstructing access to the storefronts.
While waiting in our vehicle, we saw the driver standing in the roadway, filming storefronts, and behaving oddly (standing, dancing, filming). The driver looked toward us. To ask her to move, we honked once (a reasonable signal asking her to re‑enter her vehicle so we could proceed). She responded by recording us briefly, then got back into her Jeep.
After reentering her vehicle, she began driving erratically: making loops through the parking lot or roadway, circling near the restaurants. Believing this behavior to be reckless and dangerous, I began recording her for safety and documentation.
Shortly thereafter, while I continued filming, she again stopped her vehicle in the roadway. She exited the car and approached me aggressively. At that moment, I was about four months pregnant. She advanced toward me yelling in my face “swing” “swing” repeatedly and physically pushed me while I held my phone. Before she could make any further physical contact, my partner intervened and pushed her away to protect me from further harm. She seemed to be under the influence of illegal substances! I stated, “You look like you’re on drugs”, she said “Maybe I am”…. “So what if I am”. She also physically tried to close my mother in the subway door as the manager of subway (one of my witnesses) and my mother were asking her to leave the premises.
While in close proximity and facing me, the suspect made verbal threats directed at me and my unborn child. She said:
“Do you want to keep your baby?”
“I’ll kick you in your stomach.”
I believe these statements were meant as intimidation and threats of physical harm to me and the fetus…as her actions appear intentional, aggressive, and threatening.
