Speeding DTC ‘Devi’ Bus Crashes Into Vehicles After Brake Failure In Delhi’s Vishwas Nagar; Five Injured

A speeding DTC ‘Devi’ bus went out of control in Delhi’s Vishwas Nagar on Tuesday morning after its brakes reportedly failed, crashing into multiple vehicles including an Omni school van, two e-rickshaws, and a scooter in a narrow lane near the Kali Mata Temple.
CCTV footage captured the chaos as the bus rammed through the vehicles, leaving five people injured, including an eight-year-old schoolboy. The child, a student of Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, lost a tooth in the impact. The van driver and three others suffered minor injuries and were taken to Hedgewar Hospital for treatment.
Police detained the bus driver, identified as Satish, and booked him for negligence. Officials said no lives are in danger and an investigation into the incident is underway.
