Info from Licensor: "Being inspired by the Amish/Mennonite horse and buggy I decided to make a mini motorized version of an Amish buggy. The buggy appears to be driverless at first but if you look close you can see me (the driver). It goes about 21 mph and it has been my best build yet!"
