US, Phoenix: Queen Creek Riggs Road Extrication Crash

Phoenix, United States - October 17, 2025 10/16/2025 11:55 pm GMT-0700 QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. – The Queen Creek Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Riggs and Rittenhouse Road shortly before midnight Thursday night. The accident occurred just west of the intersection when two vehicles collided, causing one to veer off the road and collide with a train caboose that was on display. Firefighters arrived at the scene and determined that one person required extrication from their vehicle. A total of three individuals were transported to the hospital, with one person described as being in serious condition according to preliminary information. The intersection traffic signal was disabled due to the collision, as officers worked to direct traffic around the area.
