US, Bakersfield: Bakersfield Vehicle Fled After Hitting Pedestrian
Bakersfield, United States - October 19, 2025 10/18/2025 11:14 pm GMT-0700 BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – A hit-and-run driver left a pedestrian injured late Saturday night at Union Avenue and East Tenth Street. The collision was reported at 11:14 p.m. A witness who was pushing the victim in a wheelchair across the road said the vehicle did not slow down and struck the victim before fleeing the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital with moderate injuries. The Bakersfield Police Department and Bakersfield Fire Department responded.
