Hikers stranded at mountain summit as gusts of wind strike
This is the dramatic moment a group of hikers became stranded at a mountain summit amid powerful gusts of wind.
Nanda Kurnia Fajar and his friends had to cling to a sign and hide behind a boulder as the gusts battered the peak of Mount Ciremai in West Java, Indonesia.
Footage shows the men taking cover behind the huge rock while others sat still on October 16.
Nanda said: ‘The violent gusts lasted for two hours, so we had to wait before we could safely get off the mountain.'
