Storyline: The Palestinian death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 68,234, with 170,373 others injured since the conflict between Hamas and Israel erupted on Oct 7, 2023, Gaza's health authorities said in a statement on Wednesday. Israel handed over the bodies of 30 more Palestinians to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Gaza, bringing the total number of bodies returned under the ceasefire agreement to 195, the ministry said.
