On 22 October, in Zhejiang Province, China, a Samoyed was playing alone at home when its head became stuck in a plastic container used to store cat food.

The space inside the container was too small, and as the dog kept struggling and bumping its head, it became even more tightly wedged. Over time, the dog began showing signs of suffocation and was on the verge of losing consciousness.

Fortunately, the female owner, who was at work at the time, happened to check her home’s surveillance camera and noticed something was wrong. She immediately took leave and rushed home.

After a 30-minute drive, she arrived and tried to pull the container off, but it was stuck too tightly. She then punctured the plastic container with scissors to allow the dog to breathe, successfully rescuing it.

The dog is now in good health, with all vital signs normal.
