Los Angeles, United States - October 23, 2025 10/22/2025 11:47 pm GMT-0700 WINDSOR SQUARE, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Police are investigating a double homicide after responding to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon in the 200 block of North Ridgewood Place. A Los Angeles Police Department sergeant at the scene confirmed that homicide detectives had been called and that the investigation would be extended. Paramedics entered the residence, where officers had set up multiple lines of crime scene tape, but left without transporting any patients. Police later confirmed that a man and a woman had died, while another woman was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive. All three had been shot. Initial reports indicated that a suspect was believed to be in custody; still, officials could not confirm whether the suspect was dead, arrested, or transported, but said the incident was isolated and all parties involved had been accounted for.
