Guns N' Roses issue statement over Axl Rose's on-stage outburst
The 63-year-old rocker appeared to lose his temper during the band's opening number, Welcome to the Jungle, during their show in Buenos Aires, Argentina last weekend. According to concert footage posted on YouTube, Rose threw his microphone towards the drum kit, peeled off his leather jacket and stormed off the stage at the Tomás Adolfo Ducó stadium. He was also spotted kicking the bass drum elsewhere in the show. His behaviour led fans to speculate if Rose was angry over technical difficulties or the band's new drummer Isaac Carpenter.
