Pirates of the Caribbean in Tianjin
Two people were seen cruising on a waterway using a creative electric device. The setup was minimalistic - just a board for standing and a pole for steering and power. The man stood on the rear while a woman enjoyed the ride in front. They moved at surprising velocity, creating quite a spectacle. The person filming the scene was so amazed by this creative sight that he exclaimed it was like watching a local version of "Pirates of the Caribbean" right in Tianjin.
