Storyline: Premier Li Qiang arrived in Singapore on Saturday for an official visit to the Southeast Asian country at the invitation of Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong. Over the 35 years since the establishment of China-Singapore diplomatic relationship, the relations between the two countries have maintained a good momentum for development, with deepened political mutual trust, fruitful practical cooperation and closer people-to-people exchanges, setting a model for mutual learning and win-win cooperation between countries, Li said upon his arrival. Noting that under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and Singaporean leaders, he said China-Singapore relations have advanced further in recent years. Since the establishment of the all-round high-quality future-oriented partnership, the two countries have deepened cooperation in various fields, bringing greater benefits to the people of both countries and making positive contributions to regional peace and development, Li said.
