VARIOUS OF TRUCKS MOVING TOWARDS BORDER GATE RAFAH, PALESTINE - OCT. 26: Humanitarian aid trucks entered Gaza Strip through crossing in Rafah on Monday, Oct. 27, amid ongoing shortages of food, water, and medical supplies in the besieged enclave. Trucks, passing through the Karam Abu Salem (Kerem Shalom) crossing, carry food parcels and basic necessities such as flour. Aid convoys have been moving through multiple crossings including Kerem Shalom and Kissufim to assist the victims of Israel's 2-year-long war on Gaza. The Israeli genocidal war has killed over 68,000 people and injured more than 170,000 others since October 2023, according to the Gaza Health Ministry. Under a 20-point US plan, the phased Gaza ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel, brokered through regional and international mediation, took effect on Oct. 10.
