Water entered a train during rush hour in Indonesia following heavy rain.

Footage shows water pooling on the train carriages at Tanah Abang Station in Central Jakarta on October 22, as commuters were caught off guard by the downpour.

Authorities said passengers scrambled to avoid the puddles while staff worked to manage the situation.

Officials said: 'Rainwater entered the train when the doors were opened at the station. There is no leak.

'Our cleaning staff on the Commuter Line will clean up any water that enters to avoid disruptions for travellers.'
