Video footage shared on social media shows a masked Israeli repeatedly striking Abu Aliyyah on the head with a stick until she collapsed, also attacking two others at the scene. The victim was taken to a hospital in Ramallah, where she is recovering from head injuries and trauma.

Abu Aliyyah said settlers also attacked her children and set their vehicles on fire.

She said they beat them and burned their cars.
Her relative, Aiman Abu Aliyyah, who was also assaulted, said he managed to escape before settlers torched the family’s vehicle.

He said the land represents honor for them, and despite the attacks and violence, they will not abandon it.

The Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture said more than 15,000 olive trees have been destroyed across the occupied West Bank since October 2024.

In July, the International Court of Justice ruled that Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories is illegal and called for the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

According to the Gaza Health Ministry, Israel’s war on Gaza since October 2023 has killed over 68,000 people and injured more than 170,000.
