Counter-protesters hurled a bottle at Tommy Robinson supporters in Southampton.

Reports said a container filled with urine was thrown from a bridge, striking a girl during the rally.

Footage shows activists gathered near the migrant housing site beneath St Denys station on October 26, where the incident occurred.

Local media reported that the individual had been observing the right-wing demonstration from a footbridge above the scene when the object was thrown. He was quickly restrained on the ground, and police blocked access to the bridge to prevent further trouble.

Following the disruption, the right-wing demonstration continued towards Highfield House Hotel in Portswood, where asylum seekers are currently being housed.

Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, is known for his nationalist and anti-migrant views. He described the same march last month, promoted by Elon Musk, as a protest for free speech, aimed at defending British heritage and culture.

The rallies took place amid ongoing debates in the UK over migrants crossing the English Channel in overcrowded boats and arriving without authorisation.
