A femme fatale told police she was 'finally satisfied' after cutting off her cheating lover's penis while they had sex.

Scorned mistress Windi Sintia, 28, allegedly spent a week planning the attack because she was furious at Karsilan Utami, 32, for buying a new motorbike for his wife.

She invited the philandering husband for a romp at a hotel in Lampung, Indonesia, where he found her in black lingerie on October 19.

But 30 minutes into the tryst, the mistress allegedly grabbed a box cutter from her bag at the side of the bed before slicing his still-swollen manhood.

Karsilan screamed as blood gushed from his privates and he scrambled naked into the street outside. Shocked neighbours rushed to help the stricken husband.

Paramedics rushed him to a hospital as police detained the woman, who was found still covered in his blood.

Authorities said Windi is now facing up to seven years in prison for premeditated assault under Articles 351 and 353 of the Indonesian Criminal Code.

Despite her impending imprisonment, she coldly stated during interrogations that she felt 'satisfied' after taking her revenge.

Speaking at a press conference at the Bandar Lampung Police Headquarters on October 22, she said: 'I felt a little regret for what I did, but mostly satisfaction. I am finally satisfied.

'Because of this man, I was angry, disappointed, and heartbroken. While I was with him, he often hurt and lied to me. He was with many other women and even after getting married, he still came to me.

'Our relationship was like husband and wife. But he kept lying and cheating. I was angry and disappointed.'

The single mother said she had been with Karsilan since 2019, and agreed to be his mistress even after he married another woman in 2023.

She claimed she was driven to commit the gruesome knife attack because he still kept seeing other women.

She added: 'I bought the knife myself. It was spontaneous. I just did it so he wouldn't mess around with other women again.'

Kompol Martono, head of the Panjang Police, said Windi's jealousy further grew after seeing that Karsilan had bought a new motorbike for his wife.

The police chief said: 'The perpetrator had been preparing a knife for a week before the attack. The motive is because of heartache, the victim, who has been in a relationship since 2019, actually married another woman.'

Unfaithful husband Karsilan was recovering at the Abdoel Moeloek Regional Hospital in Lampung, where surgeons managed to successfully reattach his penis.

The case comes after a jealous wife in West Jakarta was arrested on October 21 for allegedly cutting off her husband's penis when she discovered flirty messages with other women on his phone.

Hanifah, 33, attacked Nugraha, 35, with a box cutter while he slept after he refused her advances. The husband died after spending 23 days in critical condition at the hospital.

Police said Hanifah now faces up to nine years in jail for aggravated assault.
