Israeli drone strike targets vehicle in southern Lebanon’s Nabatieh

4. VARIOUS OF AMBULANCES AT SCENE NABATIEH, LEBANON - NOV. 2, 2025: An Israeli drone strike targeted a vehicle in the town of Kafrman in southern Lebanon’s Nabatieh province on Thursday, Nov. 2, according to Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency (NNA).
Abbas Atwi, head of the Civil Defense Center in Nabatieh, said the strike “directly targeted” the vehicle, adding that there were “severely wounded individuals” and that emergency teams were working swiftly to transport the dead and injured to hospitals.
Earlier in the day, another Israeli drone strike hit the nearby town of Kafr Sir, leaving one person injured.
The Israeli army has killed more than 4,000 people and injured nearly 17,000 in its attacks on Lebanon, which began in October 2023 and turned into a full-scale offensive in September 2024.
Under the ceasefire, the Israeli army was supposed to withdraw from southern Lebanon this January, but it only partially pulled out and continues to maintain a military presence at five border outposts.
