Young boy climbs into parcel locker and gets trapped inside, firefighters rush to rescue
On 1 November in Huainan, Anhui Province, a young boy playing with his friends climbed into a parcel locker. After the boy entered, one of his companions accidentally closed the door, trapping him inside.
Frightened, the boy began crying and banging on the door in an attempt to call for help.
Because parcel lockers are airtight, there was a serious risk of oxygen depletion and breathing difficulties, making the situation extremely dangerous.
Fortunately, firefighters arrived quickly after receiving the emergency call, broke open the locker, and successfully rescued the boy. He was unharmed.
