A supermarket caught fire as a result of an overnight Russian drone attack, with the blaze covering roughly 2,000 square meters, officials reported. Firefighters swiftly brought the flames under control.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine added, another fire erupted at a car service station, affecting an area of about 30 square meters. Several vehicles were damaged and windows were shattered in a nearby residential building.

No casualties were reported in either incident.

Russia started its "special military operation" on Feb. 24, 2022, and claimed that it is aimed at protecting people in the eastern region of Ukraine.

Since then, millions have been displaced, thousands have lost their homes, and hundreds of medical and educational institutions have been destroyed.
