Wulan, in a purple bridal dress, faked losing consciousness in front of the groom, Ade, on the stage in Cimahi, Indonesia, on October 25.

Footage captured by Muhamad Faisal Sidiq shows the woman's relatives on the floor checking on her while the unsuspecting groom sat on the couch.

Moments later, the crowd sang a happy birthday song, leaving Ade confused about what was happening.

Wulan then carefully stood up as if nothing had happened and clapped along with their family and guests.

She held a candlelit cake and joined in singing in front of her husband, who was beaming in shock.

Ade stood up to blow the candles and sliced the dessert in front of them.
