US, Los Angeles: Burbank High School Students Stabbed In Brawl
Los Angeles, United States - November 07, 2025 11/07/2025 02:45 pm GMT-0800 BURBANK, Calif. – A violent fight involving several students broke out across from Burbank High School Friday afternoon, leaving two teenagers hospitalized and two others in police custody, authorities said. According to Burbank Police Lieutenant Derek Green, officers responded around 2:45 p.m. to reports of a large fight involving about ten students in the Office Depot parking lot, just across the street from the high school, moments before classes were dismissed. During the altercation, two students were stabbed. Police say the two injured students drove themselves to a nearby hospital, where they were treated for stab wounds and are said to be in stable condition. Meanwhile, witnesses identified two other students believed to be involved in the stabbing. The suspects were tracked to the Avalon apartments near Third Street and Angeleno Avenue. Officers established a perimeter and followed a trail of blood and vehicle license plate information to locate the pair. Paramedics evaluated both suspects before being taken into custody. One was reported to have minor lacerations to the hand and a nose injury. Detectives also recovered a knife at the apartment complex, believed to be the weapon used in the attack. The circumstances leading up to the brawl remain under investigation.
