Storyline: China-Africa agricultural cooperation boosts modern farming in Mozambique [Voice_over] China's decades long relationship with Mozambique continues bearing fruit for both countries. In Mozambique's Gaza Province, a drone hums overhead while spraying herbicides onto the fields of an agricultural park built together by Chinese and African companies. Farmers say agricultural technology like the drones have greatly helped in efficiency and productivity with one drone able to cover more than 6.7 hectares of farmland per hour. And to learn how to properly use the technology, Mozambique farmers get hands-on training from Chinese agricultural experts. [Sound_bite] Farm employee: "Being able to work on this farm has benefited me a lot. This is my first time working for a company in the agricultural sector. I've learned many technologies and gained much knowledge, such as how to operate drone spraying." [Voice_over] The country's Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries noted that China's agricultural technology has also positively impacted Mozambique's seed production and variety testing. [Sound_bite] Roberto Mito Albino, Minister, Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries of Mozambique: "These companies have played a strategic role not only in rice cultivation and the practical application of modern agricultural technologies, but also in seed production and variety testing. This has had a positive impact on Mozambique's agricultural structure. We highly value our partnership with China."
