Dog breaks neighbour's water pipe after owner ties it up outside
On 7 November in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, a man took his dog out for a walk. When he needed to quickly return home, he tied the dog’s leash to a water pipe outside his neighbour’s door.
Moments after he went back inside, the dog lunged forward, snapping the pipe and sending water gushing out.
Hearing the sound of running water, the man rushed outside to check.
He later explained that after taking his large dog out, he intended to bring his smaller dog as well, so he had casually tied the leash to the neighbour’s water pipe without thinking much of it. When he heard the pipe burst, he immediately ran back out. He has since spoken with his neighbour and repaired the damage.
