NEW YORK — Quick-thinking NYPD officers from the 32nd Precinct jumped into the icy waters of the East River to save a woman in distress.

According to police, the officers acted without hesitation, pulling the woman to safety after spotting her struggling in the water. She was later treated by emergency medical personnel.
