17. TENTS, PALESTINIANS WALKING AROUND (TWO SHOTS) HAN YOUNIS, PALESTINE - NOV. 17, 2025: Emergency water supplies were delivered to displaced civilians in the Nehr area of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, where Israeli bombardment has crippled infrastructure and intensified a severe water shortage.

Turkish humanitarian organizations also distributed clean water to families with limited access to safe drinking water and other essentials.

Recent rainfall has flooded numerous makeshift tents, further worsening conditions for residents already struggling to cope with deteriorating humanitarian needs.

Authorities say Israel is violating the humanitarian protocol of the ceasefire agreement reached last month by blocking the entry of shelter materials such as tents and mobile homes.

Phase one of the ceasefire deal, based on US President Donald Trump's 20-point plan, includes the release of Israeli hostages in exchange for Palestinian prisoners. The plan also envisages the rebuilding of Gaza and the establishment of a new governing mechanism without Hamas.

Israel has killed more than 69,000 people, mostly women and children, in Gaza since October 2023 and reduced it to rubble.
