A drunk Australian tourist was spotted fighting with a motorcycle rider who allegedly stole his baseball cap.

The holidaymaker, who had a mullet hairstyle, was seen grabbing the cap from the taxi rider and pointing to the ground before shoving the local in Bali, Indonesia, on November 7.

Footage shows the foreigner struggling for the cap. He held the rider by the shirt and pushed him away as he tried to retrieve it.

Onlookers intervened and urged them to stop before the pair were separated.

Eyewitness Risand Jehadu said: ‘This Australian tourist was already drunk when he took the hat from the Gojek driver.

‘The driver tried to take back his hat, but the foreigner refused and began causing trouble.'

Risand claimed the tourist was also aggressive with him when he asked him to pay.

He added: ‘I was also struck by the tourist because I asked him to pay. That is how it is here in Bali, some tourists behave as if they are in charge.'
