Bank Fraud? Unauthorized Insurance Fees on Reactivated Account!
i reactivate my dormant bank account, make a new ATM card and change phone numbers,
the customer service never mention any other things except i need to put money into account so it can be activated again. no problems occurs untill night at 18.57 my phone got message that "my insurance already active", my account ballance already debited by them. but i never ask for any insurance nor the customer service ever mention anything about that,
looking at the name, seems it is one of their Bank's divison. and about half an hour, another message come in, and once again the ballance decrease.
next morning i asked the customer service, they said because my account dormant for so long, what is dormant account got to do with insurance ??
and she tell me that all their customer are treated the same, if they do the same to all customers, imagine, just around 70 millions customers and took 10 dollars each, they get 700millions. even if is not much money for each customers point of view,(for insurance). i got upset because that mean they can easily debit your money without your consent at all, not even asking, or because they use excuse as insurance so nobody will complaint and that is how they make money for their insurance divisions ? the customer service repeatedly said is their procedure and because my account dormant, after i protested what is insurance got to do with my account dormant or not, (specifically asked for few times and she can not explain),
she said she will try to apply for my complaint. imagine that. I DON'T BELIEVE THEY FORCED INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY CARED SO MUCH ABOUT OUR SAFETY OR HEALTH. and, is this allowed in your country ?
